Tagging Firefox Bookmarks Tagging Firefox bookmarks is the process of assigning labels and categories to them in a way that improves organization and allows them to be easily located, either from the address bar (Location bar), or from the Library. To quickly create and tag a bookmark, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+D, create the bookmark, and fill in the Tags: field. In the example below, the Android Market (Google Play) was tagged SmartPhone. A bookmark can also be created, or a tag added to an existing bookmark by clicking on the star (found in the Location bar). Tags already on your list can also be added to a bookmark by clicking the arrow to the right of the Tags: field and checking one (or more) from the list. Or, the tags can be added or edited in the Library (keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+B). Here, previously tagged bookmarks can also be accessed from the Tags menu (left side below). To easily find a tagged group of bookmarks, type the tag name in the Location bar, and any that have been assigned that label will appear on the list. Tags can also be added (or edited) by right-clicking a bookmark and selecting Properties from the menu. Some devices, such as Blu-ray players and very large external hard drives, simply need to transfer data faster than what USB 2.0 is currently capable of. So, How Fast is USB 3.0? According to a recent NPD Display Search report, high definition LCD TV shipments declined for the first time ever. With an 84% share of the market, and declining shipments, it may be safe to exclaim the hyperbole, "Everybody has a high-def TV!" Ralph from TN asks: I'm no web design expert, but is there an easy way to create a web banner without all the complex coding and such? Check the above picture out, Ralph. See that 'Want to publish your book' diagonal ad banner on extreme right? Well, that's embedded into the blog's masthead and stands out, without being too in-your-face. What's more, if you click on it, it takes you to the website of the advertiser's. Now you can do that too, for free. And you don't even have to know complicated JavaScript for it. All you have to do is 'copy & paste' the generated JavaScript code anywhere within the body tags of an HTML page, web template, or Blogger/WordPress blog theme. DocX Viewer Have you ever tried to open a Microsoft Word document created in Microsoft Word 2007 using any previous version? If you have, you have run to the problem that many others are now experiencing. There are converters and other software out there designed to help you with this, but I have found a viewer that is very easy to use and very light. It is a simple program called DocX Viewer and best of all it is FREE! When you first launch this program, it appears to be nothing but a blank window with three menus at the very top. This your main interface for the program and where you will view all of your docx files. In order to view the file, you must go to the File menu and then down to Open. I can remember vividly falling in love with Monet's art in my first French class during my sophomore year of high school. The cover of our text book had a picture of Monet's "Waterlilies" on it, along with Seurat's "Sunday in the Park", the French Flag, and snapshots of the people of France. I've loved Impressionism ever since, so when I stumbled upon this site I knew I had to share it with you. Warning – the site may take a long time to load, but it is completely worth it. The site also plays music – a piano composition – and that's how I know it's loaded, although you can turn it off by clicking the music note at the very bottom right side of the page. Once the site loads, you have three paths you can take. They are Gallery, Journey, and Practical Informations. I would highly recommend that you click Journey and go on a special digital experience through Monet's work. Journey – once it loads, pull the glass jar down so that it spills to begin your trip. Through the spilled inky water, Monet's art will start appearing. If you get stuck at any point in your journey, look at the top right of the page for instructions on how to move forward – it's completely interactive! At any time throughout your journey you can also click on See the Picture You Have Viewed to check out the art that you've seen more closely. Or, if you get tired, (don't want to wait for it to load) you can head back to the main page with the Return to Homepage link at the top left of the page. I thought it was well worth the wait though. Gallery – if you'd like a more traditional journey, or just want to skip right to the art, check out the Gallery, which features the art of Monet divided up by the year of the work. Click the series you'd like to check out more fully by clicking on a painting. What I adore about checking the art out in this way, is that you get to read about the time period it was created in, the technique used, and get tons of Monet facts. Practical Informations (I'm guessing the extra "S" is a translation error) – explains what the exhibit is about, what the online portion is attempting to do, and where the event was held. This is a fun and inventive digital journey that allows you to experience Monet's artwork in a unique way.
