Setting it up takes mere minutes. There are six basic entries on the main menu: Destination, History, Nearest Points of Interest, Set as Home, Save to Favorite, and Settings. It's straight forward and TOTALLY user friendly. 
You know, it'd be one thing if you constantly had to keep looking at it to know where to turn next. That might be a little bit dangerous.
